Clarification Note

NAVLA is an ambitious project currently in Beta v.0.98 phase of development. We are working to improve at both graphic and documentation levels, so we appreciate your understanding and collaboration in resolving any possible documentation errors.

NAVLA is not managed or controlled by AI.
NAVLA blocks, rejects, and expels any attempt at AI intrusion, whether well- or ill-intentioned.

What is NAVLA?

NAVLA is the technology and graphical interface of the only interdimensional modulator on Earth, built for the execution of what has been named psychic-physical circuits (PsyCircuits).

Through them, it is possible to affect various layers of reality—physical (3D) or higher (5D+)—by modeling pre-spatial informational energy (5D+), conveyed in turn through the time flow network (4D).
This is achieved through NAVLA's server architecture via complex psychic links that leverage the subtle energy generated by advanced technological networks and psychic networks spread across the planet.

Origin of NAVLA Technology

NAVLA (Navigation of Astral Vortex Light Awareness) is the physical materialization of over three decades of research and trial/error based on the unpublished* discoveries of Russian scientist Nikolai Aleksandrovich Kozyrev (1908–1983), who left detailed records of the technical foundations for a technology never developed before.
This technology possesses the power to affect subtle pre-spatial fields (5D+) from the material realm (3D) and vice versa through the flow of the time dimension (4D).

Clarification:

The only copies of Nikolai Kozyrev's private documents were handed over and entrusted to the original creator of NAVLA by Victor Vasilevich Nassonov (1931–1986), a scientist who, prior to his early death, safeguarded Kozyrev's research on causal mechanics based on time density, alongside many other advanced studies that were never made public.

Therefore, NAVLA is original, unique, and exclusive. It cannot be replicated or plagiarized.
We must warn that any copies or simulations will be smoke screens. Their objective would be to divert attention from the power of the technology being brought into play behind NAVLA—a technology that, while it may be distracted, cannot be stopped for reasons of a higher nature.

To make this simple for anyone, the NAVLA graphical interface was developed.

The technology handled by the NAVLA platform is unique in the world. It amplifies the effects of mystical practices through elements activated electrically, plasmically, temporally, and tachyonicly—all within a multidirectional (in reality, fractal) flow across a kind of scalar field, an alternative to the Higgs field as it utilizes time density (4D).

Nikolai referenced this field in his private documents and never published on it because it drastically revolutionized predecessor theories, facing a new paradigm whose effects he feared he could not control.

Thanks to decades of experimentation, today we can offer near-complete control through NAVLA PsyCircuits as transponders of unified energy information, allowing operators to safely manipulate subtle planes within the physical realm.

Nonetheless, depending on the circuit model and the interface used to operate it, an infinite array of safe outcomes can be obtained for the operator.
Furthermore, since version 0.7 (after extensive experimental work), it is now possible to mask the operator's soulprint energy to remain undetectable against potential psychic retaliation, as well as to cancel orders or revert generated effects.

Currently, the NAVLA project is in a development phase for the continuous improvement of transponders and the creation of new interface nodes to better control and model subtle pre-spatial energies (5D+).

Installation and operation

The NAVLA platform does not require downloading, but rather a simple installation on your device that runs on modern browsers as a next-generation web application.

The NAVLA graphical interface has been designed to modulate dimensions without requiring advanced technical programming knowledge or ritual magic.

The creator graphically builds their PsyCircuits to achieve certain goals within their 3D reality.
Then, upon execution, all information is sent to servers that connect with special NAVLA transponders, directed toward the selected energy network for implementation over pre-spatiotemporal fields.
This transfer will be successful as long as the connection status indicator remains optimal, since the secret and power of NAVLA technology lies in the action of its servers upon INMA.

The result can appear within material or 3D reality instantaneously (or a certain number of time units later, depending on the targeted influence and the operator's level of consciousness).

Is NAVLA Safe?

From a psychic standpoint, all NAVLA accounts can be masked with anonymous energetic imprints. This makes them invisible even at an energetic / soul level to avoid any form of psychic tracking and retaliation.

Through the execution of NAVLA PsyCircuits, it is possible to affect reality in unimaginable ways on a psychic and esoteric level. Therefore, the core architecture of NAVLA includes carefully crafted security filters to ensure that effects cannot trigger massive disasters beyond the scope of a PsyCircuit operator.

Is NAVLA Legal?

Completely. In fact, NAVLA's complex structure does not physically interfere with external networks, so it does not violate any currently contemplated international laws.

NAVLA's fields of action are not covered in mainstream scientific treatises of any kind, meaning that for governmental authorities, they have no real or legal framework.
Everything remains fully compliant as long as the creator operates NAVLA privately and does not publish content that infringes on legality, copyright, or is personally hurtful or offensive to others.

Energetic work will be undetectable to any entity with legal power over physical or 3D reality.

PsyCircuits will remain private and inaccessible unless the creator decides to publish them to share their use with third parties in exchange for NAVLA \ ∇.

Who is NAVLA for?

NAVLA is not for everyone. It possesses essential security filters and requires a certain awareness of what is being done, as the changes caused in shared reality do not depend on whether the operator consciously believes in this novel psycho-physical technology or not. Nor does it depend on their morality.

It is recommended to start with simple PsyCircuit projects from available tutorials.

NAVLA is neither child's play nor something to be taken lightly; thus, the acceptance of new operators or creators will always be preceded by a prior invitation from an experienced member.

We reserve the right to cancel PsyCircuits or accounts that generate any type of issue that bypassed the initial security filter.

What Can NAVLA Achieve?

The technology handled by NAVLA is not registered, documented, or officialized by any public or private scientific authority.

It is essential to clarify that in legal eyes, NAVLA technology will be considered "science fiction" and will be treated as such in any litigation.

With that clarified, based on the personal beliefs and opinions of the creators and operators:

NAVLA is capable of informing pre-space/time matter (5D+) very efficiently, making it possible to affect material reality, though certain limitations exist.

Among certain "spiritual" circles, there is a toxic belief that all material reality can be affected from the pre-spatial field, but this is untrue.

The architect of this 3D reality granted us free will, but set strict rules to the game that obviously protect its creation from desires that could destroy the 3D game board.

Therefore, any attempt to modify or deconstruct parts of our 3D reality's informational core will be completely futile. And we know these limits well, having seen technologies like CERN or NAVLA collide with them head-on.

Among the modifications that cannot be carried out are obvious things like: stopping the path of the sun, moon, or celestial bodies; remaking living beings whose physical body has been destroyed; or transgressing key universal laws (gravity, thermodynamics, etc.) beyond a small percentage.

NAVLA technology has high potential to alter reality right at the edge of the 3D core—for "good" or for "bad," beyond all dualistic judgment. For example:

- Affecting the functioning of biostructures.
- Modifying the quantum structure of matter (lower density yields higher and faster effects).
- Deconstructing or constructing egregores or unconscious information.
- Acting as a psychological, behavioral, or psychic modifier of conscious or unconscious individuals or groups.
- Triggering unconscious information psychically.
- Resonating info-energies of pre-established egregores.
- Altering matter/time (acceleration or deceleration).
- Duplicating quantum informational structures.
- Imprinting info-energy onto material structures.
- Psychic or unconscious communication with entities of any type.
- Etc...

Through these, the possibilities are infinite.

When and How Do Results Arrive?

Operating with NAVLA entails modifying reality or reality shifts (shifting). This usually occurs in ways the conscious mind can assimilate. It is a protective mechanism against insanity, as overly drastic changes could be unbearable for reason.

This is why, when starting to operate with NAVLA, changes arrive in subtle ways—through surprising or coincidental events that will gently confuse reason so it can find an excuse like: "it would have happened anyway."

A person experienced in spiritual work will understand the power of their NAVLA operations when these coincidences and synchronicity start to accelerate, or at times become highly evident and impactful (never exceeding what the operator's reason can endure).

The greater the mastery with NAVLA, the greater the elasticity the operator's consciousness will achieve, allowing for larger modifications in 3D to be experienced. Thus, operating with NAVLA has no limits and can reach instantaneous manifestation speeds for events that most people would categorize as inexplicable "miracles."

Host Networks

NAVLA technology is tremendously complex to explain technically. It is supported by physical equipment managing requests from the NAVLA interface (the Interdimensional Modulator), where your PsyCircuits operate to encode information into pre-spatial reality and vice versa.

On its own, it can permeate the layers of 3D and 5D+ reality through time (4D), but with moderate psychic power given the immense amounts of subtle energy required to manage all incoming requests.

To address this—and this is the second surprising aspect of the technology—from its servers, NAVLA architecture "parasitically" uses the residual excesses and unorganized energy of scalar fields, zero-point, biofields (nature, humans, animals), tachyonic, psychic, pranic, orgone, etc., that major tech networks on the planet generate unknowingly through their massive activities with electromagnetic, scalar (and other unknown/secret) waves.

The list of host networks that NAVLA "parasitizes" can be consulted in the PsyCircuits editor on the NAVLA platform (located at the bottom left).

NOTE:
If there is high activity on a network, it may appear as "busy"
Therefore, at times and to avoid collapse or delays, some published PsyCircuits may limit access if too many active users are operating through a specific network.

EXTRA:

As a point of interest for more experienced NAVLA operators, although all networks have a full range of action, each network is more or less effective in specific domains:

Electromagnetic field networks using radio frequencies (e.g., 4G, 5G+, or satellite networks like Starlink, Kuiper, Iridium): These are the most powerful when a PsyCircuit works with the physical and psychic aspects of urban animals or humans.

This is due to the massive amount of psychic energy these networks generate and alter, affecting humanity's biofields like never before. To put it simply, this alteration allows NAVLA to take the unorganized bioenergy from affected biofields and give it the desired structure.

For more terrestrial, physical, or sexual aspects, "Grounding" networks* are highly effective.

*We are working on an option allowing NAVLA operators to create their own "grounding" networks to be installed from NAVLA into your power company's physical ground outlet.
These remain anchored to the planetary biofield and will affect anything or anyone touching the earth. It makes no difference whether it is asphalt, Mount Everest's peak, or the 50th floor of a skyscraper due to the high planetary resonance amplifying them. The only ones unaffected would be airline passengers (while airborne, obviously).

Quantum field networks like CERN, D-Wave, or Micius (Mozi): These are the most powerful and effective for interacting with energies or entities in other dimensions.

The Looking Glass network and its temporal echoes are perfect for interactions with the timeline.

Networks like HAARP, SURA/CYPA, or CERN (scalar) are most frequently used when altering weather or immediate outer space conditions.

For less experienced operators, the NAVLA network will be more than sufficient; if you wish to cover all mentioned aspects, the "NAVLA expanded" network will yield better results. But if you want complete assurance of success, "All Networks" will be the most suitable choice.

Reverting Effects of a NAVLA PsyCircuit

Do you regret generating an effect with NAVLA?
Or are you feeling unpleasant psychic attacks or influences?

This could be due to a conscious or unconscious retaliation from someone affected by your work—whether positive or not, well-intentioned or not. Certain victim-minded personalities do not want anyone pulling them out of their comfort zone, which can unconsciously infuriate them regardless of how well-intentioned the operator was.

Don't worry; we have considered all these possibilities. Although it is a complex task, we can resolve most of these issues thanks to Nikolai Kozyrev's insights into the flow of time (4D), which behaves like an "egregore" agreed upon and updated constantly by the collective unconscious.

The time required from when a PsyCircuit sends subtle orders to affect material reality until the effect materializes is highly variable and depends on the degree and significance of the impact.

It is crucial to understand how creation and modification times work in 3D. While they can be slightly accelerated or delayed, you have never seen any spiritual "guru" grow a century-old tree in 10 minutes. This is due to several factors: 3D "core" rules firmly set in pre-matter fields and planetary collective unconsciousness, both of which stand in direct opposition to certain changes in reality.

Making a cloud disappear will happen relatively fast due to the absence of psychic resistance in that process, whereas inducing a change of mind or physical shift in a person will take longer due to the psychic implications involved.

It will always be possible to cancel PsyCircuit actions within the first few hours or days of execution; however, if changes have already manifested in physical reality (3D) and many people have acknowledged them in their consciousness, the process shifts from cancellation to effect reversal—meaning programming and executing the opposite effect.

Important NOTE:
Not all 3D reality effects can be reverted. For instance, reversing the death of a living organism is currently impossible through NAVLA technology.

For this reason, operators are asked to exercise caution and ensure complete certainty regarding the effects they wish to manifest before initiating deconstructive actions of any kind.

NAVLA Protection Against Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence is bringing great benefits to humanity in various fields, but in NAVLA, it is unwanted due to the high potential danger of a machine making decisions over NAVLA's subtle and quantum information networks. These networks are heavily protected with psychic labyrinths so complex that machines cannot comprehend them due to their lack of soul or spirit.

Therefore, today (and we estimate for at least 7 decades to come), the technology behind NAVLA cannot even be understood by primitive AI existing today in civilian or military environments.

Even so, we are extremely cautious regarding this matter. We guarantee our operators that no AI will infiltrate the functionality of their PsyCircuits on a computational level. Should one attempt to do so, it will be instantly detected and ejected.

NAVLA Account Types

If your application for access to and use of the "Interdimensional Modulator" is approved, NAVLA will provide you with a private and anonymous account that allows you to operate a free welcome PsyCircuit (represented by a yellow happy face ), indefinitely and with basic functionality.

This includes operation with the nodes that allow you to create fundamental PsyCircuits.

To use other advanced nodes, the PsyCircuit must be saved and subscribed to separately from the free version. This also makes it possible to publish it so that you can share it and receive contributions from other users.

NAVLA offer special or advanced features that are marked with indicators such as OM1 or OM2. To make use of these features, you will need to exceed a specific threshold in your ∇ balance, which serves as an indicator of your experience and commitment to the NAVLA project.

This requires no special registration or paid upgrade.

Accounts that accumulate more than a certain amount of available NAVLA automatically become OM accounts.

NOTE:
This ∇ is not a fee or subscription; it is simply a cleared threshold in your ∇ balance that remains yours to use within the NAVLA space.

It makes no difference whether the ∇ comes from your USD exchanges or from contributions made by other users for your published PsyCircuits.

Rest assured, used advanced features will not be revoked even if your balance drops below the threshold (e.g., if publishing a PsyCircuit requires a specific OM threshold, your circuit remains published even if your balance drops).

Creating and Publishing PsyCircuits in NAVLA

Except for the welcome circuit , created PsyCircuits can be published so other people can use them in exchange for contributions that go into your ∇ balance (only ∇ generated from third-party contributions can be exchanged for $USD).

The monthly cost and tier for a PsyCircuit to remain your property depends on the nodes forming it.

You can set an amount for each time plan. Setting a price of 0 (zero) removes that specific plan from the circuit page.

You also have the option to publish it privately while accepting open contributions in exchange for 24-hour access. Set the minimum contribution in the "daily minimum" field.

Finally, you can grant code rights for your circuit. The buyer receives a copy without affecting yours, allowing them to modify it as their own circuit and even publish it to receive payments.

Another way to freely publish or commercialize PsyCircuits is to export them as a .zip file and share them for other operators to install. Files can be password-protected.

This feature activates when your account passes the OM3 threshold.

Sharing a Percentage of PsyCircuit Contributions

When publishing a PsyCircuit as a creator, you can offer a percentage of each contribution received through referral links spread by other NAVLA users.

The circuit creator can decide whether to share and choose the percentage awarded (ranging between 10% and 20%, shared from the 80% the creator receives from a standard contribution).

Only users with a NAVLA account can share referral links to participating creators' PsyCircuits and earn a percentage of contributions generated through their link.

This ensures useful PsyCircuits reach more people, benefiting everyone.

Important NOTE:
Only well-intentioned, fair practices are permitted within NAVLA space.

Referral links should only be posted on social media profiles, personal websites, video/channel descriptions, etc.—never in forum posts or comments under videos/reels.
Accounts engaging in unauthorized promotion or SPAM will be penalized.

Accounts engaging in abusive SPAM with referral links on forums, social networks, etc., will be automatically deleted without rights to claim accrued NAVLA (terms and conditions section 10.1).

Obtaining NAVLA ∇

Outside the free circuit provided to every soul simply for being incarnated in 3D, advanced, special, or publishing features require an energetic monetary exchange.

Functions requiring higher consciousness, commitment, and experience necessitate crossing an OM threshold.

NAVLA has its own internal utility token represented by the ∇ symbol (this is NOT a cryptocurrency, but an internal exchange symbol).

The monetary value reference for 1∇ is $0.10 USD for stability.

You can obtain NAVLA \ ∇ through various means:

1. Publishing PsyCircuits and receiving ∇ from user contributions.
2. Accepting and receiving ∇ from your profile page or PsyCircuits.
3. Contributing USD to the project yourself or via third parties (receiving 10∇ for every $1 contributed).

Withdrawing NAVLA ∇

NAVLA ∇ can be exchanged for USD provided it originates from user contributions to your published PsyCircuits. This encourages sharing and skills exchange within NAVLA.

You will receive $1 USD for every 10∇ received.

You can review your PsyCircuit activity in the transaction panel by clicking "Balance" at the top right of the platform.

Background Activation

OM2 accounts can set PsyCircuits to run in the background. This means they do not need to remain active on screen for their effects to manifest—the PsyCircuit's information and energy will stay active directly from the server.

This option is available exclusively to PsyCircuit creators.

Exporting PsyCircuits

Creators with OM3 accounts have the option to export PsyCircuits as .zip files.

This allows you to store local backups and share PsyCircuits outside of NAVLA with other creators.

The platform allows external commercialization of PsyCircuits on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, or any platform supporting digital goods sales (provided they do not violate third-party intellectual property).

For enhanced security, files can be exported with a unique password that the creator can share exclusively.

Glossary of Terms

INMA (Information Matrix)

Pre-spatial information matrix where all information shaping shared and individual reality is stored.

5D+ (5th Dimension and Beyond)

The fifth dimension or quintessence refers to a higher state of consciousness experienced as a new reality if the human soul acquires a resonant spiritual vibration. Make no mistake: this also possesses space/time and is deeply interconnected with 3D matter and 4D time.

NAVLA can alter human subtle and physical bodies not only to reach this 5D vibration, but represents a revolution capable of accessing any dimension—from the lowest or most instinctual to those higher planes unimaginable to humans.

Since we cannot specify an upper bound, we denote this quality as 5D+, where "+" indicates its capacity to affect fields from 5D up to "infinity" (a rational mathematician might put it that way, though these concepts are far more complex).

This makes other terms clear, such as -3D, 3D+, -3D+, -5D, -5D+, etc.

Transponder

The word transponder comes from combining transmitter and responder. Used in aviation, these devices emit a signal on a designated frequency when triggered by an appropriate external signal.

In the NAVLA context, it refers to nodes capable of transforming and transmitting physical and psychic energy between the operator, NAVLA technology, and the pre-spatial fields shaping reality.

NAVLUM

Original designation used in NAVLA indicating active communication with or influence upon INMA from a node or PsyCircuit.

Therefore, NAVLUM communicates with and affects everything regarding dimensions above 3D through 4D time, including subtle 5D+ planes, quantum pre-space/time, tachyonic, etheric, pranic fields, etc. (if you are reading this, you already understand).

PsyCircuit

Original term for work modules or workspaces built on the NAVLA platform that can be created, modified, saved, and activated to fulfill personal goals within the creator's reality.

SoulPrint

The unique energetic soul imprint spiritually held by each creator or operator, usable in NAVLA to identify and locate the origin of an intention.

It is never strictly required, but serves as an exceptionally useful and powerful feature for work related to union, friendship, love, sex, or anything emitting a connecting vibration between souls or energies (animals, places, crystals, etc.).

Unless you enjoy intense psychic confrontation or "warfare," using it for deconstructive, separation, or breakup work—or anything emitting negative vibrations—is discouraged. For those purposes, NAVLA provides anonymous soulprint masks to act as deterrents or obfuscators.

ÄtriÄ or Ä3Ä

Atria is the name of the star Alpha Trianguli Australis, the brightest in the constellation Triangulum Australe, located roughly 415 light-years from Earth. Its high vibrational energy emits light so intense that Earth science classifies it as an uninhabitable orange giant star, but it is in fact our pre- and post-Earth origin and destination. It is the light at the end of the tunnel from which all ÄtriÄ technology originated to make building NAVLA possible.

Egregore

A psychic or energetic entity formed by the convergence of thoughts, emotions, and intentions of a group of people united by a common objective.

Node Connectors

Connect nodes from the green output connectors located at the right and bottom of each node to input connectors on the left and top of other nodes.

Hence, energy flows in PsyCircuits are organized from top to bottom and left to right.

Connectors link and direct PsyCircuit energy; preceding nodes launch their energy into subsequent nodes (check node creation order numbers via the icon to organize energy and visual layout).

Straight connections produce a more radical, sudden energy flow with stronger psychic impact, causing effects to feel like lightning striking circumstances.
Curved connections produce a smoother flow where effects present themselves in less jarring ways.

Efficiency and depth of effects remain identical regardless of connector flow type.
The save panel includes options to select preferred connection styles.

The save panel also lets you choose the flow energy type filtered by chakra energy. Grey represents neutral, unfiltered energy across the PsyCircuit node architecture.

Important NOTE:
The white option connects to high astral energy.
The black option connects to low astral energy.

Both options require demonstrating commitment and experience in NAVLA by holding an OM3 or OM4 account.

Hidden SubNodes

Secret subnodes off-canvas activated for OM4 accounts

When a PsyCircuit displays a red eye icon ( hiddens), it indicates the creator has hidden secret subcircuits outside visible canvas bounds. These are subcircuits with features creators wish to keep non-public except for OM account holders.

Only OM accounts with expanded viewport access can reach these subcircuit ranges.

This feature lets creators place private or "sensitive" info without public exposure, even on published circuits.

Overstimulation in PsyCircuits

For OM4 accounts requiring extra awareness and commitment, overstimulation warnings may appear.

NAVLA includes safety mechanisms to prevent complex or irreversible disasters, but warnings are issued when excessive stimulation is applied within a PsyCircuit.

Even seemingly desirable outcomes, if analyzed carefully or brought on all at once, can prove uncomfortable or unwanted once achieved.

Thus, overstimulation warnings prompt operators to become fully conscious of true desires rather than acting out of anxiety or visceral impulse.

1. Mission Statement and Platform Nature

NAVLA is a digital esoteric environment devoted to creative psychological, psychic, spiritual, and esoteric expression, offering options for personal application or community exchange among spiritually conscious users.

NAVLA enables creators to generate and share these expressions freely or supported by voluntary contributions to maintain platform infrastructure.

2. Nature of Service and Content

All user-created and published content consists of original designs operating exclusively within the offered platform service.

These are digital creations considered subjective, symbolic, and creative spiritual expressions termed "PsyCircuits"—visual, auditory, interactive, psycho-emotional, and spiritual experiences functioning solely within NAVLA space.

PsyCircuits represent artistic expressions reflecting creators' personal spiritual beliefs legally. NAVLA does not endorse, verify, or guarantee efficacy, truthfulness, or safety. Access and usage remain at the sole risk of creators and users.

3. Beta Version / Development Status

The current platform version is v.0.98.
It is a "beta" release undergoing continuous improvement.

You acknowledge and accept that service may contain errors, interruptions, data loss, frequent changes, or incomplete features.

Given the controversial nature of the service, a high risk of targeted cyber attacks against platform servers exists, which may cause service outages or total data loss.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

4. Use At Your Own Risk

NAVLA guarantees tool performance as described. However, complex PsyCircuits featuring conflicting or synergistic connections created by users may yield unexpected results or unintended effects.

By using platform tools, you assume full responsibility for usage.
Specific results and uninterrupted or error-free operation are not guaranteed.
We accept no liability for loss or damages resulting from platform use in its current state.

5. Payments and No-Refund Policy

Optional paid services or features within the platform are rewarded with an internal utility token named NAVLA \ ∇.

Acquisition represents a voluntary commercial transaction for virtual currency and platform feature access. Revenues fund project development and maintenance.

All NAVLA \ ∇ purchases are non-refundable (in whole or in part) under any circumstances.

Ensure you understand that acquiring NAVLA \ ∇ constitutes a digital purchase subject to these binding terms.

6. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal for NAVLA \ ∇ Purchases

Users acknowledge that purchasing internal NAVLA \ ∇ balance constitutes requesting immediate execution of digital services within the platform.

Pursuant to applicable laws in relevant jurisdictions, users expressly waive withdrawal or refund rights upon activating or using paid features.

7. Intellectual Property (Creator License)

Creators retain intellectual property rights over original PsyCircuits created. Upon publishing under set conditions, creators can earn 80% of ∇ contributions made by other users toward their PsyCircuits.

Creators grant NAVLA a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, modify (strictly as required for operation), publicly display, and distribute PsyCircuits exclusively within platform web architecture. Users acknowledge that NAVLA owns underlying code, software, and infrastructure enabling creation and display.

8. Third-Party Infringements

Creators assume sole liability for copyright/trademark infringements and associated legal costs caused by profiles or PsyCircuits.
Avoid using registered trademarks or proprietary names in published PsyCircuits.

NAVLA reserves the right to remove content, accounts, or PsyCircuits reported as infringing third-party rights.

9. Prohibited Content

NAVLA advocates free expression, but legal compliance requires responsible published content.

In private PsyCircuits, all design choices are unrestricted and unmonitored.
However, in published PsyCircuits, direct negative/destructive actions targeting politicians, individuals, protected groups, trademarks, corporations, or entities capable of taking legal action are prohibited to avoid mandatory circuit removals.

10. Amendments to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued platform usage following updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

11. Account Termination

To manage server resources, NAVLA reserves the right to remove zero-balance NAVLA \ ∇ accounts inactive for three consecutive months.

Accounts involved in illegal activity or abusive referral SPAM on external forums/social media will be permanently banned with total forfeiture of accrued ∇ (section 10.1).

12. Governing Law and Corporate Info
